Account delete

An Account delete transaction permanently deletes an account and any objects it owns on the XRPL Ledger, if possible, and transfers the account’s remaining XRP to a specified destination account.

The fee to execute this transaction is 0.2 XRP. This is a protocol requirement of the XRPL Ledger, and the 0.2 XRP is permanently burned as part of the process.
